Arlene is a graduate of Clayton College of Natural Health with a Doctor of Naturopathy degree.

Naturopathy promotes an all-inclusive, healthy body joined with a connected mind and spirit. Sometimes referred to as natural health, holistic health or wellness, it includes such topics as nutrition, fitness, herbal products, acupressure, homeopathy, music therapy, massage therapy and even elements of Ayurvedic (East Indian) and Chinese medicine. These fields enhance the body's ability to heal itself.

The Clayton-educated naturopath teaches health and advocates disease prevention, and does not diagnose, treat disease, prescribe drugs or perform invasive procedures. Arlene keeps on top of the latest scientific research studies and has a knack for simplifying their explanation.

Previously Arlene was a public school teacher in the fields of math and technology. Her hobbies are genealogy, reading and cats.
